Perspective serial production
To organize the mass production of autonomous power supply systems, it is necessary to build an administrative and production complex (66 x 36 m). Any piece of land with an area of 2 hectares, preferably near the road, is suitable for construction . The presence of energy highways is not required, since the heat and power supply of the production is also supposed to be provided by an autonomous power supply system by renewable sources.
The estimated productivity of the enterprise will be 25 sets of systems per month (or 1 set per day), which is optimal at this stage of system implementation

Power supply
At the construction stage and in the first period of work - the diesel generator. In the future, the main source of electricity will be the wind turbine park.

Cold water supply
The source of water is an artesian well. Water is pumped by a submersible electric pump into a storage tank, from where it is fed into the system. Submersible pump control provides automatic block by level sensors. The pressure in the system is maintained by an automatic pumping unit.

Hot water supply
- In the summer, water heating is provided by a solar system (a solar collector unit is installed on the roof of the building) by means of a heat exchanger embedded in a heat-insulated tank. In winter, the water is heated by the heat pump of the heating system.

Heating
The main heat source of the heating system in the production area is a heat pump and heat stored in the heat accumulator during the summer period by a heliosystem. "Underfloor heating" will be used as heating devices.

Ventilation and air conditioning
General ventilation and air conditioning is provided by a central supply and exhaust system with heat recovery of exhaust air.

Fire security system
Fire-prevention plumbing with autonomous device of pressure in the system, taps with special fire-fighting hoses.

Sewerage
The technology of the planned production does not imply the availability of production waste. Disinfection of domestic wastewater provides an active aerobic cleaning system. Purified waste water through the filter well enters the ground. The sludge obtained in the treatment of wastewater does not require special disposal, but is a good fertilizer.

Rainwater goes to the drainage system and the fire reservoir.

Mold preparation sector
Fenced place with it's own ventilation for dispersion and application of separation systems and gel coat on the moulds.

Moulding sector
The future product is formed by handwork laminating. Fiberglass mat soaked with polyether resin with brush and roller is applied at the mold until the proper thickness of the material is achieved. Mounting elements are installed as well.

Assemble sector
After the polymerization the half-finished blades are extracted from mold. The technical edges are cut and final mechanical processing takes place. Half-finished blades are fixed in special mounting device. Enforcment elements are installed. Junction unit and all inner space is filled with construction foam.

Finished blades are balanced and tested for strength, balance.
